Leadership Wesleyan, presented by German American Bank, is the College’s premier leadership program and stands as a testament to the college’s commitment to shaping well-rounded future leaders. This comprehensive program, inspired by successful initiatives like Leadership Owensboro and Leadership Kentucky, offers a robust year-long journey that equips students with vital skills for their post-college endeavors. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to ensure participants are well-prepared for the realities of life after college.

As a Leadership Wesleyan Class member, you will begin your journey with the Fall Conference, and then throughout the school year will be able to choose electives that include attending Chamber of Commerce breakfasts, touring local businesses and organizations such as Owensboro Health, Glenmore Distillery, Visit Owensboro and volunteering with nonprofits like Habitat for Humanity.
