Tuition remission at Kentucky Wesleyan

Tuition remission is an employee benefit program offered to full-time employees, their current spouses, and their dependent children after one year of employment. Part-time employees are eligible for tuition remission for themselves after one year of employment. Read the tuition remission policies in the Employee Handbook for details and requirements.

The deadlines to request remission are October 31 for the spring semester and March 31 for summer and fall semesters.

For the employee, remission may be used for up to eight credit hours per semester.

For spouses and dependents, if applicable, it may be used for up to 18 credit hours per semester.
